isitabird
Hi all After putting shooting on hold for a few years due to work and family I’ve recently been granted a shotgun certificate and become a member of BASC. although I've got a bit of land to shoot on. and the land owner saying its ok to use my shotgun it's a bit close to is neighbours house and I feel like I'm disturb them so it’s rabbiting with the air rifle. But I’m itching to have a go at something with wings. So if anyone got a bit of pigeon shooting and would let me tag along it would be greatly appreciated Thanks. TJ91
Wildfowling? Plenty of good fowling ground around the humber. Ring Basc and ask for wildfowling permit booklet...a few places do day permits at good prices. All info in the booklet

clay shooter
Agreed BASC your best bet..Particular in that area as all or most is private shoots or syndicated land.

I didn't have a dog at sunk island and found all birds which I shot over mud and merse.

isitabird
I had a look at sunk island last night. stayed there till it got dark, saw quite a few widgeon and teal and the odd mallard no geese. its quite a trek across a field about half a mile. But I think it’s worth it so I’ll be getting a permit I think
