walshie
Hi, I have an old Rizzini sporter shotgun with extended chokes I love to bits. There seems to be a little rubber ring like a sort of gasket that squishes down between the choke and the end of the barrel. I need new ones as mine are perished and/or damaged. What on earth are they called? I've tried googling it, but I can't seem to find anything resembling what I need. Where can I get some and do I need to buy them from a gun dealer or is there something similar I can get elsewhere? Any info much appreciated. Cheers
Dr_evil
If its just a rubber ring will one from a decent plumb centre not fit ?
wymberley
"O" rings. A really clever bit of engineering. Your best bet, if you have one in your area, is to take one to a local hydraulic engineering outfit. They will give you the correct size and you'll only pay pennies.
