Odd Question

Recommended Posts

Nothing just looked at the picture on the pw homepage with the (empty)carts on the snow, was just wondering if the powder could freeze and would it affect the firing of it.

If it was exposed to moisture beforehand or left in a VERY damp or humid environment for any length of time then the water would ****** the powder up anyway. Cartridges are, for the best part, pretty water tight unless submerged. If you think about it, there is only a pinprick hole at the centre of the crimp where water could get in and most factor cartridges seem to have that sealed during the manufacturing process.

They could lie in the snow for a few days and still fire fine.
