coyotemaster Posted November 29, 2011 Report Share Posted November 29, 2011 I own one and like it a lot,BUT they do have an issue on occasion with the gas piston. Look carefully at the one you are considering. Remove the forend and pull the piston off the gas tube, the peer up inside from the bottom and see if the spring appears to be in one piece. I replaced mine with a solid sleeve and have since had no problems but it is rather common to have a spring break. If you buy it I am told the Browning Gold stock shims will work if you need cast off or drop. They do shoot sweet and will digest some really light fodder. PM me if you need any further info.
