Ferret finders etc

Hi All

My pal has bought Himself 2/3 ferrets (we havent ferreted since we were teen's)

We never used to bother with locators etc, but now it would be silly not to make use of some helpfull tech :good:

Question is, can anyone point me in the right direction for finders/collars etc at a decent price?, or do you have to suck it up and pay over £100 for a deben set up?

Been looking for second hand gear, but it seem rarer than hens teeth, and gear gets snapped up in minutes :good:

Cheers for now.

I would advise just taking the hit on a MK 3 and some collars. In the long run you won't regret it!

I also suggest buying some spare batteries for the locator and collars to keep in your ferreting bag. They always go flat/run out due to forgetting to switch them off  /get dropped in the grass and never seen again, when you really dont want that happening!
