Snotty
Not easy shooting a driven clay when you haven't got a butt on your gun and the priming powder is likely to spill out before the bit of smouldering rope touches it off. You have to hold it against your cheek, I simply ran out of bend in my neck, dropped the back end so I wasn't actually aiming any more and tried to fluke it. Snotty
i look forward to seeing what you will bring to bisley in august Anything you want to try inside the range limit I keep most of my muzzle loading guns as curiosity or ornament which means very infrequent firing. OTOH, due to our bizarre laws, I can lend off ticket smoothies to anyone with a valid shotgun certificate for up to 72 hours and they can do whatever they like. I can even lend one to myself, but if I do that more than once a year or so it ceases to be an ornament.
