nabbers
I see very few if any fibre wad recipes out there, can anyone point me to any, for 70mm hulls, 1 ounce shot. My Mec 650 doesn't like reloading fibre wads and over powder cards, is there a remedy? They go in sweet with a Lee Loadall.

Guest cookoff013
nabbers, i usually take a load that has 10,000psi with plastic and convert it to fibre wads. but i`ll use the faster powders. for instance i`d use titewad over unique any day up to an ounce. i reload lots of virgin cases, cant say i have a problem. but i generally have my favourite recipes and reload those. sitsinhedges
You want 21mm fibre wads with a 4mm overpowder card for 28grams of shot. I use 21 grains of Vectan AS for plastic and add an extra grain for fibre, with a cx2000 primer. Start the card and wads by hand than push them down with the press.
