An old married couple are just about to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary, and all of a sudden a fairy appears. "You have been married so long" she says, "that I have been instructed to grant you one wish". She turns to the man - "As you are the head of the household", she says, "Do you want the wish, or should you let you dear wife choose?". "Well" he says, "I have enjoyed 30 good years with my dear wife, but I want a change. I am aged 62, and would like a younger, more active replacement. I want a wife 30 years younger than me". The fairy is upset - "Look here" she says. "Don't be so ungrateful. Your dear wife has borne you three lovely children, "If she looks a little tired it is because she has looked after you, cooked for you, done the ironing, cleaning, cooking, the painting and decorating, gardening and driven you back and to from the pub. Surely she deserves better treatment than to be replaced by a dolly bird that will wear you out asking for endless nookie and will spend all of your pension on clothes and shoes?". "Nope", says the man. " I want a change - JUST DO IT!". Whereupon the fairy waved her magic wand, and he was transformed to the age of 92!
