Cranfield
Try your local Gunshops, Agriculural Merchants, or commercial Shoots, they normally have this info.
lambhat
Try a local butcher. They'll just put them in the freezer if you've got loads. Assuming they don't already have plenty.
foggy011983
I know a lot of local butchers are crying out for rabbits. I used to supply 3 butchers and prices ranged from 1.50 to 3.5 per rabbit prepared. Trouble is my permissions are barren at the moment which means I have nothing to take them. foggy011983
when you say prepared Foggy is that just gutted or do you mean skinned and gutted. i have spoken with one guy that would take them whole but was paying peanuts it depends on butcher. all will want them gutted otherwise the urine taints the meat. But some prefer to skin and cut legs off them selves others want you to do it. Another thing some butchers want is the liver and kidney. Some don't. Tbh I prefer to gut and skin them at field. That stops me taking fleas home with me, it's easier to do while it's warm and I It stops the meat from getting tainted. What I do is take two trays with me to prepare them on. That stops grass and dirt getting on meat. A cloth to dry hands and a2 litre coke bottle filled with water and washing up liquid to wash hands etc.
