TaxiDriver
If it's died and been made into a cartridge belt it's probably a bit beyond reviving Edit : Some sort of saddlery product might be what youre looking for ? I used to use neatsfoot oil to soften leather boots when new. Edited January 10, 2012 by TaxiDriver

provider
Neatsfoot oil will feed the leather and bring it up a treat .
Red Doe
Saddle soap also helps. If you look on Ebay too, you can buy small tubs of Leather Conditioner, they really help soften up and clean the leather and also make it smell fab! (ok, sorry, I'm a girl! )

Paul T
Saddle soap brings stiff and cracked leather back from the dead. Used on all horse tack, hence the name . Used it on the some wrecked stirrup straps last night and now they're soft & shiny and ready to go. An amazing transformation . Wife started bleating on about not needing them anymore, but I'm sure she'll quieten down once I get the bridle on her :yp:
