deejay
I have a 3ltr 232 bar dive tank that I keep in the cupboard along with the wifes ironing board and filing cabinet. Last week I went to top up my gun and noticed that the pressure gauge was missing the glass and the needle , so I ordered another one and got it back today only to find that it has the wrong size thread , I ordered the 1/4 thinking that was the correct one but its a smaller thread I need . Does anyone know where I would get the correct gauge from . Thanks Daz

deejay
Thanks Lineshooter just had a look on there but cant find any prices , there nearest stockist is about 40 miles away from me so might try to locate one a little closer to home , although I do now have all the info I need on them . Andy H Thanks thats where I went wrong ( muppet I know )I have though seen the adaptors for the threads , not sure if these would fit the 1/4 thread that I have , I have the pressure gauge that came today its just the wrong size thread , so it might be worth just ordering the adaptor . Cheers .I have to take the bottle over to deep blue to get filled up , I will se if they have a one there if not I will be ordering one from the midland group . £16 seems pretty good I was thinking £40 ish for the gauge. I will ring them first as they might be a little cheaper but think £16 is going to be hard to beat . Daz

silpig5
just a note guys , you dont need to go to dive specialist if you know the thread and bar rating , any hydraulic or pneumatic stores will have what you want , like a stauf or parkers stockist , there are lots up your way . example is i paid 9 quid for a 1/8 bsp 450bar gauge before xmas , that was a parker dealer . adi Edited January 14, 2012 by silpig5
