Darksoul
Hey, my brother just bought a Beretta AL391 Urika Synthetic and it is amazing with his first two shot he got two pigeons in a row! Amazing build quality in a different league to most other semi-autos. I would recommend it to anyone. I myself am saving up for the Teknys Gold Delux. ernyha
Beretta AL391 Urika Synthetic DS I have owned one of these for 3 years now and entirely agree with you. Just a pity that they are such a pain to clean though.
Cranfield
I keep looking at the Urika (not the synthetic model), as I fancy having an automatic in the gun cabinet again. Why are they such a pain to clean ? I have owned a Beretta 303 and a Remington 1100 in the past, they were OK to clean. Has something new happened ? ernyha
Why are they such a pain to clean ? I was referring to gas operated autos in general with their piston etc compared with the Benelli inertia operated gun which requires little more effort than the o/u to clean. Probably something to do with getting older and lazier.
Buzzer
Ive found out that you dont need to clean the moving parts of a gas auto every time you use it. Used to have all sorts of problems with my Brownig Fusion but after some good advice on this forum its working like a dream( thanks Gary) All I do now is rod the barrell and wipe over with oily rag. I've been told 1500 shots before a strip down and de coke! and I must admit that the advice is proving right at the moment !!
