harrycatcat1
My day started at 03.00 and after I had filled my flask I got on my way to shepp whites marsh. On the way I noticed that the flask had leaked all over the front passenger seat and when I stopped to clean it up the flippin sat nav stopped working. I arrived a little late at the car park and noticed lights just away from the car but no cars there, could be aliens? anyway it turned out to be two chaps off THL I will let them explain what they were up to. I went on the marsh, got into position and waited and saw to large groups of wigeon and a fair few mallard but all too high to have a go at, in my opinion. It was pretty cold this morning about 2 degrees when I got back to the car. I still enjoyed the flight anyway as it was a good sunrise. A picture of me and the ping pong. ayano3
We are lucky to be able to see such lovely sunrises. There has been a few bunches of Widgeon about but they have been running at about 33,000 feet most of the time. Its about time we had some 'Wildfowling Weather' before the end of the season. Hope you kept Ping Ping well wrapped up.

She loves it as much as me if not more mate, on the walk back she wanted to swim that water between the sea wall and the fields to get to some Brent that were winding her up
