Schern
You wont lose the no claims you've earned, just however many months you are into your current policy year.

leeds chimp
yes thats what i ment the 6months no claims off this policy i no its not a lot but every little helps at my age it could be worth argueing that they take the bonus upto the next year as its not your fault that their underwriting has stopped you from insuring it or go back to them and ask the team leader/floor walker to refer it to an underwriter. Explain you have been a loyal customer and dont want to leave blah blah blah and see if they will do something for you
leeds chimp
just re read it why are they saying you have to cancel your existing policy to then take out a new one with them? They should just do a Change of vehicle on your current policy
