John Chisum
I have not had any time for pigeon shooting for a while, had other things to do. They have been on the rape but today they had ******** orf, mind you, I only had an hour to spare. I stood in a ditch by a tree which hid me a bit, after about 10/15 mins I spied a pair of crows heading straight for me. I watched and watched, up I went and killed the first one, ****** me if the second one didn't come closer, I got him as well. Thinking back, the last time I had a right and left at crows was way back in the early 80s. having said that I was using an O/U today. Quite pleased. One man and his lab
I had a similar experience with crows wanting to die, I use an O/U and managed to get 4 shots away before killing this crow he just kept hovering over me, totally bizarre. John Chisum
Have you noticed that sometimes they see you at the last minute and virtually try to backflap to avoid being shot.
