Gun Watch Posted March 4, 2012 Report Share Posted March 4, 2012 Tikka 595 £475 .223 Rifle Private Seller Used - Average Condition Trelawnyd, Flintshire Bolt Action Description Tikka 595 in .223, 1 in 10 twist, screw cut at the standard 1/2 inch (unf?), metal work is good but barrel has a ring from the moderator bush, wood work has the odd light scratch or mark here and there, the bolt works like a dream you'd swear it was on rollers, 3 shot mag, two very small screw holes in the fore end which to be honest could be filled and coloured with no problem. Sticker on the butt is to save damage going in and out of the gun cabinet, and could be removed. Shoots nice tight groups and has served me well but the purchase of a .243 forces sale unfortunatly. A real joy to shoot and as the predecessor to the T3 the actions, I am told, are becoming very desirable for semi custom rifle builds. Scope, mounts and sling NOT included.
