Amateur butchery

I think I may be a little weird as I just spent the last two hours butchering two roe haunches into roasting joints, steaks, stewing lumps and stir fry strips....I have never worked on anything larger than a hare before and I found it strangled enjoyable!

 

Does anyone else enjoy this or is it just me?

My dogs are now the poshest dogs in the village as they have been chewing away on roe femurs and have a few off cuts for their dinner tomorrow!
