Peathag
Chaps - I am thinking about buying an old Remington 3200 trap gun built in 1970's because I like them and fancy having a retro clay gun in my cabinet. They are still quite popular in the USA and from what I have read once the updates have been done to them they are pretty bomb proof - this one hasn't had the updated hex bolts (the serial number is pre-updates) and the extractor/ejectors are slack and while I was testing it a cartridge slipped past them and into the chamber so it is definately going to have some work done to it. I would love to hear from any owners of these guns and I would be grateful for any information. Thanks Peathag
PhilR
The Kreighoff K80 is allegedly a copy of the Remington. It might be worth a phone call to Alan Rhone to see if any of their parts fit. http://www.alanrhone.com/
BlaserF3
I used to have an old Shadow for the same reason as you want an old gun. But it became financially not worth it due to wear and tear on the gun, to be honest unless you can find a mint one I would not bother. Peathag
Spoke to Alan Rhone who was very heplful and knowledgable but sadly didn't have any parts but could make some if need be at a price. There is a company in USA called Laibs who specialise in them but so far i can't find their website or an email address that works.
