pin
I have someone who is interested in buying rabbit pelts from me, but can they be stored prior to tanning at all? Never actually tried it but I assume freezing might damage the skin? I did a search but couldn't find anything so I thought I would ask here. Cheers in advance! Guest jonrms
As far as I am aware you can... the only problem is the effect on the tanning. if you use hair spray... it preserves the pelts.... but again as I said I dont know how it will effect the tanning. new to the flock
Put them in the freezer, they will be fine. If you are case skinning them leave the fur side in if open skinning them lay flat and place between sheets of cardboard. NTTF
pin
Cheers! Might well pay for my shooting this The lad in question wants them for his "live action role play" group, whatever that is. I think its where you dress up as barbarians and leap about with blunt swords in a field someplace Looked around they go for about £4.50 tanned !!
