Donki Oaty
My Dad past away last year and I've been left with approx 30 of these Greylag decoys heads up and down. I'm just wondering their worth and the general interest in them as I have no desire to go goose shooting. I've enough with learning the ins and outs of pigeons at the moment. To be honest with the price of diesel now I won't be going up to Scotland!
Sharpshooter.123
Yer I know. It's pricey stuff!!! Have a look around at new ones for price then knock 25% for condition when my old man passed away, I had all his Carpentry tools, I kept them all even tho I'm not a chippy because they were his. Donki Oaty
These were shipped over from the states about 3 or 4 years ago along with a greylag caller. They take up a bit of room in the garage.
wildfowler.250
Look pretty tidy, I'd say around £8 each? Too far away for me though.

hedd-wyn
Keep them, and use them mate, once you get the 'goose fever' there's no turning back I've never seen greylag decoys, but they look well made.

I haven't a clue where to go goose shooting I only have a really small perm and there are definitely no geese on it. Plus if you're a member on AGF you may know I've had two mountain bikes nicked this year already and a swap I offered up there hasn't yet taken off(not the geese). hedd-wyn
My shooting partner sent ma a photo yesterday, it appears a single greylag has taken a fancy to one of his ducks in the back yard and tries it's luck every morning.
