Hi there, I have an air arms s200 pcp, but it doesn't seem to much power at all! If I shoot a piece of plywood at about 25 yards the pellet just bounces off, but if I shoot it with my bsa airsporter the pellet goes straight through! Is there anything I can do to make it more powerful? Thanks in advance.

hi what caliber are both the guns you are using? a .22 will likely bounce off the wood where a 177 would penetrate. best to check it over a chrono if in any doubt though. if the 200 is an older version i believe there is a screw you can adjust to alter the power.

How much air is in the S200 if its over full or even at 200 bar its power my be down till the gun comes into its power curve. I have a Logun pro that says 200 bar fill if i put 200 bar in it the power is down to 4 ftlb but when it drops to 170 bar its doing 11.7 ftlb. So i only ever fill it to 170 bar and it gives me over 80 full power shots down to 70 bar. Then it drops of to under 10 ftlb. You need to find were your power curve is. You will need a crono. fill it to 200 bar and put a shot though the crono. dry fire 9 shots then put one though the crono dry fire 9 shots and put one though the crono do this over a 100 shots and you will see were the power curve is.

Where do you live just asking in case your near by and don't adjust anything with out a chronograph it is to easy to be over power if you have I will tell you how to by PM but first of all if you put the rifle on the table with the stock to the left and the right have you got a silver dot on the action ?
