poorpeet
Hi, Could some one help please. There are a huge number of different 525's & today I saw a White Lightning. Is it a 525 of some sort just with a different name for marketing reasons or what?
killer_pigeon
didnt that used to be the name of a cider ? The white lightning has a more rounded pistol grip and different fore-end otherwise its the same gun. i think they were more of a game gun then a clay gun but could be totally wrong ! poorpeet
Looking at them on Google images it looks like the old ones did but the new one I looked at had the same woodwork and checkering shape as the 525s. Thats why I asked. The shop didn't seem too sure either
Gutty Boots
White Lightning Cider, that was a cheap nasty rip off of Diamond White Cider wasnt it! ( Sorry to hijack post.)
artschool
it's a 525 for the American market branded as a citori. the guy on the browning stand at the midland said the engraving is a bit simpler and you can tell its a 525 by the curved bit on the action.
