Cranfield
I purchased some Triplefish fluorocarbon line, on a trip to the USA 2 years ago. Having very little left, I decided I needed to buy some more. It can be bought direct from Triplefish, but they don't advertise shipping costs on their website, so I sent them this email. "Sirs, I purchased some of your fluorocarbon line on a trip to the USA 2 years ago. I wish to replace some of it and would like to know how much P&P would cost for packs of 6 spools to the UK. Alternatively, do you have a UK Supplier ? Regards, Me " I received the following blunt response. "We have no UK Supplier and we will not replace product that is 2 years old." I have emailed them again and explained the misunderstanding in my original email. Hopefully, I might even get a discount when they finish blushing. It always pays to check out P&P when buying from the US. I recently wanted to order an item that cost $6.48, weighed about 1 ounce and the only shipping method they had was UPS International 2-5 days.......... at a cost of $111.00. Needless to say, I decided I didn't want the item that badly.

Cranfield
NTTF, I appreciate the kind offer, but I am confident it will be resolved, probably more in my favour than originally thought. I posted the same comment on a US Fishing Forum that a lot of my friends read and Pat McGriff who is a professional Guide and sponsored by Triplefish (amongst others) has emailed me and promised it will be dealt with on Monday. I'll let you know how it goes.
