Guys this really is worth investing time in to get your money back. Made a big difference to my life having this wonga .Serious dosh to be had and all for writing a 20 minute letter . If you got the reference numbers or paper work then your quids in, it a struggle if you have none of above then they old them for 6 years then can bin them well some places do hold old archives so its pot luck.
