tex2
the wifes had 2 a 2000 reg 2.5 v6 & a 51 reg 20ltr td ,good on fuel only trouble with them was they both developed iol leaks from the rear crank shaft oil seal, so look for oil on the back of the sump & front prop shaft as if it is leaking it will show up on theese areas.About £300 to £500 to put right. Gee.
Ive got a 5dr GV3 on a 57 plate and it rocks. Average mpg is low to mid 30's. I use mine for shooting and duties whilst out and about with a Mountain Rescue team. Stick some AT tyres on and your sorted. They have a ladder chassis unlike most other modern 4x4's. You will be amazed/scared at some of the places they can go and what they are capable of.
