Beretta A300 Outlander

I've had mine for about a month now and I am very pleased with it. It fits me very well straight out of the box but it does come with an extra shim if you need it.

So far I have only used it on clays and I love it, its very light and has a nice slim fore end due to using the gas piston/valve arrangement from what looks like the a400 range, and the rest appears to be the same as the original 300, so its very well put together!

So far no issues at all, its been cycling 28g flawlessly and the walnut is looking really nice now I've slapped a few coats of oil on too. You do only get one choke (1/2) though! but for what you pay it is an excellent gun.

I've put about 2000 rounds through mine without a hitch.

It cycled 28gm from new and the gas system from the 400 series stays very clean.

The 1/2 choke it comes with is OK for most things except perhaps skeet.

As has been said the rather plain looking wood responds very well to oiling.

I only use mine for clays and it handles very well even though it only weighs 7lbs.

Highly recommended.

Vic.
