I understand, but if you are healthy, with no underlying conditions or other risk factors then you are very likely to recover, so intervention with an unlicensed treatment becomes a risk We are using many drugs that vary from the basic and well known such as the steroid dexamethasone, to the more modern monoclonal antibody treatments. Hydroxychloroquine may very well be useful, but we need to see repeatable, testable evidence. We will get there I'm sure, we have to, I need to get back shooting!

It's more to do with do the benefits outweigh the risks? like any drug. I have been involved with clinical trials of various drugs for covid at the NHS trust I work for, and we are all trying very hard to find a solution, it's far from straight forward.

Hydroxychloroquine should only be prescribed under expert advice, it can cause retina damage for example, current guidelines recommend monitoring at regular intervals. I would recommend reading reliable sources such as the BNF https://bnf.nice.org.uk/drug/

Yep, Its co-amoxiclav, a mix of amoxicillin and clauvulanic acid, common antibiotic for all sorts of stuff! (Im a NHS pharm tech)

I wonder what the alternative would be for practical shotgun? Can't use steel shot for obvious reasons, and other shot is far too expensive when shooting 150+ in a competition!

Yeah the supernova is on the long side, and has quite a long stroke so you do need to make sure you don’t short stroke it.

I've been into psg for a while now and it is my favourite discipline, and if correctly organised very safe (lots of planing going into course layout/angles etc). I think best way into it is going along to one of the clubs that does psg and having a chat and a look to see how things work, then have a play with your sec 2 (the lots of loading will be good practice!). If you like it then get a section 1, doesn't really matter which as the scoring is separated into categories - standard semi-auto, standard manual or open (anything goes!) so whatever floats your boat. You will probably notice most people tend to favour benelli (m2 and supernova). I really like the supernova, massive loading gate to make loading 4 cartridges at a time easier.

Seems strange the Dr doesn’t really know, I work as a pharmacy technician and we routinely sort out nutrition for patients, there are many liquid based drinks that can provide all your daily calories, vits and minerals. Sounds like a review with a dietitian is needed.

One thing I always remember is a tutor of mine saying ‘you can’t buy creativity’ what you point the lense at matters more! I’ve seen some excellent work, both film and photo, shot on phone cameras. That said, good equipment is very useful.

Im sure it is much better than smoking, but as these contain glycerin and propylene glycol, if they get hot enough you could end up forming formaldehydes and acetaldehydes, which are carcinogenic, but there really isn’t much proper solid peer reviewed research yet.

Id go with a second hand benelli supernova, 3.5inch chamber should you need it. They are well made and most importantly, they look good!

If I remember my chemistry lessons correctly then acetic acid mixed with hydrogen peroxide will dissolve lead, but I really wouldn't as you'll end up with lead acetate, which is very toxic! I think the best way is good old elbow grease with your favourite solvent.
