the enigma
I'm using a set of Hawke flip ups........I've had them about 5 or 6 months now and had no problems. They don't look as well as the Butler Creek ones, but at least if they break, they're only half the price.
artschool
butler creek covers are a load of ****, I have had 2 sets broken as well. just go back to biniki scope covers, much simpler and unbreakable.
kent
The older ones are very good, new ones terrible. I have been using the Bikini type that came with the scopes on some rifles, securing them with a wrap of insulation tape around the centre of the tube on one strap only
