Description

Here we have a stunning Tikka M595 .243 with walnut stock this is becoming a hard to find model as they have gone out of production many experts prefer this model to the new t3 and I must agree it has a Hawke Varmint 4-16x44AO scope which is crystal clear and also has the original iron sights it comes with a 4 round mag a 9x13 harris bipod and a leather sling this rifle has seen very little use and is soo accurate just like all Tikka's I will also throw in a camo padded case which is brand new and 60 ish rounds of ammo so basically you are ready to go

This gun is being sold by Pigeon Watch member STRAIGHTSHOOTER1. Message them here

Hopefully got a deal if we can sort the permit situation out through an RFD :hmm:

Must have been mistaken, we only had a deal until someone else came along that wanted it, I thought this PM agreed a deal :-

"Hi, if you are happy to do the deal at that I am ready to go have a think about it remember thats with the ammo, case, bipod, and i will pay the costs with gardners guns

regards

sacha"

Wouldn't even give me chance to check it out with another RFD, oh well, what else can you expect these days !

this is all i am going to quote! no point turning this into a slagging match i have sold and bought many guns on here and deal with a lot of people on here and never have any problems i tried but to no avail best of luck

EXACTLY !!

You said you'd sort it out with Gardner Guns and when that didn't happen wouldn't give me chance to see if I could get one of the other two RFD's in the area to hold the rifles until we'd sorted the license slots out. You were more than keen yesterday even though I pointed out there was some hassle involved and you agreed a deal then went back on it today so I'll let people on here make their own mind up.

It's sad but the days are gone when you can do a deal on a hand shake !

the problem is if you need a variation its something you may not get so as a seller you take the person with the variation in place and the cash and job done. Guns come along all the time but its really best to buy when you have everything in place.

None of that is a problem, or it wasn't yesterday. I went out of my way to highlight the hassle and he was very keen yesterday so as far as I was concerned the deal was done. I built a successful business in the middle east where a quality product means nothing unless you have a good reputation and you only get one chance, I just feel it's sad now that in our society someones word means very little, a deal is a deal is a deal but not in the UK.

This isn't about a rifle, this is about the state of our society, it sucks !!

I went through a lot of soul searching yesterday about parting with an old rifle that has many happy memories attached to it and then organised my day around a phone call from this guy and meeting him in Carlisle only to get a phone call this morning to say he's doing a deal with someone else.
