lexikia
Just got my new Benelli Montefeltro L/H Semi auto. It says to use 32g cartridges for first 100 shot or so to bed it in. Since i only go Clay shooting and am quite new to it, how can a use these 32g? Is there a rule to only use 28g or less or is this only in competition? Is it really necessary to use these or go straight for 28g? Cheers

I asked at my local ground and a 35 g cartridge was fine, but nothing over No 5. Probably worth giving them a ring before going just to make sure. TrapFiller
There are only restriction in CPSA comps or if a ground has specifically said only 28g or below. Can't see that happening outside comps so just put them in and bang away.

When i bought the Beretta Silver pigeon i was offered a 3 year warranty [ April this year ] I believe Beretta own Benelli but there was no warranty offered with this gun. I got this because i suffer from problems with my shoulder [ bit like tennis elbow but in my shoulder ] so any recoil causes pain after a few days. Problems with getting old. BlaserF3
Why didn't you buy a gas operated auto if you don't like recoil? Far better for clays too.

Warranty or not GMK will find away to abuse any agreement ,Beretta own 20% of GMK ,Part of Burris ,part of Benelli ,Part of everything ,but not enough to get any of the mud when their lackies abuse and mislead customers .Beretta are clever this way Just Enough of the company to ensure multi outlets etc and no comeback ,don't know if you can even get anyone at beretta to speak about their links with other parts of their empire ,But when BERETTA HOUSE IN LONDON IS ACTUALLY GMK IT SHOWS THE FARCE OF THINKING YOU ARE GETTING BERETTA SERVICE WHEN IN FACT IT IS GMK STAFF ? BlaserF3
Limited with who makes Left handed shotguns. Didn't want the cheaper Turkish models I can see your point but it will just batter you, they are too light for a clay gun. You would have less recoil shooting a decent 12 bore O/U with 21gram cartridges. Did you not try a Fabarm L/H gas auto?

I have a Beretta Silver pigeon and fancied a Semi auto, Fabarm had poor reviews so i am stuck with this now
utectok
I find the recoil on my benelli sbe1 a bit wearing in the pigeon hide when you shoot 100 shells+ but the past recoil shield sorts that bit Girly tho! There ain't many decent gas LH semis
