old rooster
We have a serious lack of pigeons around here, it is something that has been concerning me for a few years now. I wonder if we could set up some sort of survey from around the country to find out what the pigeon numbers are looking like? I've been shooting them for 40 years and have never seen this sort of lack of numbers, recently drove from Northamptonshire down to Cornwall and didn't see the sort of activity you'd expect this time of year. halight
Could the low numbers be down to the long cold spell we had in the spring ?
