Few more pigeon

Went out with a mate on the pigeon with some new homemade bouncers. They work fine and cost nothing to make really.

Had iffy time of it, not that windy, loads of other food about etc. Mostly flightlining, still picked up 22 and some ferrals.

StealthStalker showed up for a bit just after we set up, he missed my first shot but was there for an absolute corker crossing left to right high woodie. Folded up and crashed down, massive smile on my face :) (3/4 and full choke so it was 3/4 that hit it, eley HB pigeon).

Ducks were there bang on cue at 7.30 then the geese at five to 8 :P Come on the first :)

That really was some shot, when I saw you standing to take the shot , & thought he hasn't got a hope in hell. It folded in the air & was dead before it hit the ground :) Well done mate, at this rate you will be joining the Rob Reynolds UK club :)

You've just got to get the hang of the EASY 20 yrd pigeon hovering above the decoys now, to try & boost your carts to kill ratio :P :o

I can't wait for the 1st of sept as well, but as I said before, those duck & geese that you can set your watch by , will be nowhere to be seen come the 1ST B)

Cheers SS

I've got a mental block on the easy ones, I know I am rifling at them but I can't help it.

Its like the rabbit when clay shooting, I used to be great at them then I blanked in that competition and didn't hit one in about 30 targets. Was nice to straight the rabbit with the semi-auto on Sunday though which I think is the end of that :)

I am hopefull about the ducks and geese, we will see :)
