B25Modelman
Shaped pistol grip stocks appeared to be the requisite for the mens skeet guns. Crafted grips that the hand fitted into more akin to pistols than shotguns. Mind you they needed them yesterday in the drizzle. Vincent Hancocks (148/150) gun having very little wood on the stock, but mostly being a metal fabricated assembly. Great shooting though from them all. TbirdX
I noticed that too, wonder what advantage it gives, or is it just fashion?
HDAV
Hancocks looks like a PFS, a few were Nial Griff style the middle easterns had in unchequered black grips.

P~MX
i also noticed the "masking tape" around the barrels to aid contrast the muzzel. (denmark shooter.) cook I was wonderin was that tape to help some sort of eye dominance problem ? but your theory a helpin visual aid for the muzzels sounds right - I wonder is that because of the nets background ?? HDAV
A couple had white tape round the end. The thumb hole type custom stock are becoming popular in trap shooting saw a new kreighoff with one and quite a few after market custom jobs
B25Modelman
I understand that Faulds is running a new Trap gun with a very very high (told 100mm but I can't believe that maybe 75mm) rib...I'll be watching closely tomorrow.
