the enigma
A neighbour has a field of standing spring barley beside one of our grazing fields, and it's getting hit by both crows and pigeons. Ideally,I'd like to shoot them over grass,so I picked up 6 pigeon shell decoys today, and as I've never decoyed pigeons before,I was wondering if there are any dos and don'ts when it comes to setting up a mixture of pigeon and crow decoys? Cheers David
steve_b_wales
I've used a mix of both decoys with good results. I usually place the pigeon decoys in a pattern, then place some crow decoys just outside the pattern,in a random fashion.
