big bad lindz
After a bit of a walk to from the car to the area I want to shoot from I have usually worked up a bit of a heat. By the time I get settled down and put on my hat and mask, balaclava or what ever I find that even though now sitting waiting that my glasses mist up a fair bit. I have tried various combinations both early in the season and in the really cold winters and there have not been many times when my glasses have not misted up. I know its all down to trying to control the body temperature and again I suppose its what you ware under your outer jackets. I know this could all be down to what each individual wants to ware and use but any guys who like me dont have 20/20 sight and need to use glasses wish to share there comments & tips. Cheers, BBL
The Croc
Couple of things to try, Fairy Liquid, or other liqud washing up, drip on the lenses wipe and let dry then buff up. Or go to the Motorcycle shop and buy a bottle of Rain Off (I think) I'm a glasses wearer also Brian

anser2
I sometimes have this trouble and my answer is arrive in plenty of time , take it easy walking out and put any heavy clothing in your bag and do not put it on until you have cooled down. O and do not wear neoprene waders , I wear the lightest PVC waders and they keep me plenty warm enough even in sub zero temteratures. I almost never wear a mask for wildfowling or balaclavas . Wear a light hat with a peak or brim as long as its not too windy ( in any case you should not have "steaming up " problems if its windy ) , keep your face down under the brim of your hat.
