Nine in ten Scots 'living off state's patronage'

Might want to read it again mate... doesn't says they are "living off state patronage" at all... seems to me from that they are breaking even on average for getting in taxes vs what they are providing the public.

 

But what kind of things does this cover ? providing roads ? transport ? education ?

 

Doubt 90& of scots sit in there council houses all day waiting to cash there next giro
