hi all.. I have been messing with the 110 today and have come across a prob ??

It has a kenlow electric fan fitted to it but it's not turning on when it gets hot ?? I also noticed the fan is quite stiff to turn by hand ...is it poss to remove the fan assembly to try and free it up or could I put a switch on dash to turn it on manually ??

Any help gratefully received

Yes you can wire it in manually, but its a pain in the ***** as you will have to contantly watch the temp and you will neeed to fit a relay and fuse. It should be linked into the temperature sensor located in the rad and its usually these that pack up. Replace that and it should be fine. Its unlikely the motor has seized but possible, in which case its probably toast!

Hope this helps.
