Gun shops near slough?

Hi guys,

 

I have to go down south, but this time i have my car instead of the train. Are there any gun shops near slough or along the m40/a43 corridor that i could stop in tomorrow on the way home?

Churchills - sort of close to the M40

Emmets - sort of close to the A404

Sheephouse in Maidenhead

 

Of those Churchills is the biggest but also the most expensive

 

Are you just looking for a browse round to break up the journey, or looking for something specific?

The former is a nice place, bit top end but great service and you can grab a coffee too (and of course there's a clay ground).

The latter has a lot of stock but I personally wouldn't use it because I didn't like the owner.

my plan didn't work out (i was late leaving) but I was looking for both a nose around and buy a couple boxes of cartridges (nothing huge). I've got churchills on my list for next time as I drive right past them.

You will be wanting to know where the nearest cash machine is as well then.

It's a nice shop/ground though, well worth a visit if you are passing.

If you can find it using sat nav, you will have done better than 2 PW moderators
