chris o
Hi guys I have a few fields of spring barley which due to the bad weather he has not been able to cut. So was wandering will geese (canadas and pinks) land on it to get to the grain on the stalks? It is not that tall either as due to the weather a lot of it has bent over on the top so would say it is about half a foot to a foot tall. What do you guys reckon or know about this? Thanks chris
squirrelhall
Yes they will definatley go on to it if they find it as long as they are bigish fields
cumbrian top shot
Same as above, there just spoilt for choice at the minute with fields lying uncut all over the place.

henry d
Once it has big flat patches it will be covered with them, we had some wheat like that one year and there was @ 2000 pinks on it a day!
