aubs
Hi I've just bought myself a new house with an enormous back garden and i'm going to build a new dog kennel.I've got a rough idea of having 2 double kennels next to each other then I need a large area for storage at the end. I'm thinking of 2 galvanised runs off the front. I have looked at electric under floor heating and a drain to run the full length down into the wooded area at the bottom of the garden. Any ideas or even better some pickies of your kennels would be very gratefully recieved Cheers Aubs

MadSpringer
Aubs, As you are starting from scratch I would highly recommend adding an extra kennel and run from the off!!! Trust me it will save any hassel in the future! Cheers!
Dougy
Aubs, Have you decided one what material your using -ie wood or block personly i would recomend concrete block (check building regs though for cubic metres should be ok) easier to clean more secure and will last a life time. will post some pictures tomorow of some home made ones
aubs
Thanks a lot these are very helpful I am going to build in dense concrete block and I have two springer dogs at the moment who will kennel together. The other kennel will be in case I decide to get a bitch in the future. Thanks again aubs
