al4x
this set up blows any on the market ir away bet it doesn't the deerelight with IR module frankly turns night into day with an archer, rabbits easily shootable at 200 yards and foxes well a fair bit further
theosmith
Lol I have a dereelight night mastert 800, this is same but with 66mm lense not 50mm so yes blows it away...
al4x
do you need more though? I know the pulsar isn't great but surely you only need to see a certain amount further than you can shoot. I know with the deerelight I am having to shut the archer down as there is almost too much IR
theosmith
Well the other good thing is I can go from flood to through by pulling the *** at the back where as dereelight takes for ever turning and twisting on waste of time! That's why digital is better ilt can't be burnt out! I have seen sone very very good kit and I happily use this setup on a 223 with a doubler on I would say eaisly shoot 400yards but that would be more than I could shoot
al4x
its shut down as its too bright to see otherwise so not just burn out, what mag were you thinking of 400yard shots? I keep hearing huge distances then people say well I'll be doing that at 6 mag or something ludicrous
theosmith
I said it could shoot 400yards! I'd happily do 250 with dgi zoom, I'm regurky shooting 120 yards with hmr with ease on 4mag
theosmith
bet it doesn't the deerelight with IR module frankly turns night into day with an archer, rabbits easily shootable at 200 yards and foxes well a fair bit further seeing as you are only in hitchin come over and check it out, take u foxing or rabbit for an evening
