The colors are very good and the optic is clear but when i look through the scope with one eye closed the reticle is getting blurry. With two eye open its ok.Am i doing something wrong? Or is this an scope issue? Pls help...
moor man
Hi, I dont know how familiar you are with scopes (apologies in advance) but have you adjusted the eyepiece lens? On some scopes theres a small locking ring, undo this then adjust the eye lens until both image and reticule are as crisp as possible, then lock up and way to go. Being a variable mag scope you may find that on high mag its difficult to get both the ret. and target in focus. Sounds a bit strange that by opening both eyes this improves things, have you had an eye test/do you wear glasses? Just as an experiment do you get a better image by using the other eye? My eyes have changed as Ive got older and affect my use of scopes. Did you buy it new? (poss exchange for a more suited scope) Cheers mm PS does this scope have fast focus lens on eyepiece and side adjustable parallax? daz2202
I had same problem with all 3 of my scopes. Went to opticians for eye test and found out that my right eye is now short sighted. Glasses made all my problems go away !
houlsby
Dunno then. Suggest, eye test.. Move your head further from the scope.. Fit the side wheel for parallax fine adjustment.. If you think it's knackered send it back to the importer and they'll fix it for you.
