TbirdX Posted December 9, 2012 Report Share Posted December 9, 2012 I use the browning version, may help save the odd scratch i guess and it's supposed to prevent rust forming too. SakoQuad Posted December 9, 2012 Report Share Posted December 9, 2012 I use these on all of my guns as not enough space to rack them properly in my cabinet. They protect them from getting "dinged". I have had no problems at all with rusting and don't believe using them would increase that risk though I always make sure guns are dry, cleaned and oiled before storing anyway and use Napier VP90 sachets in the cabinet.
