sitsinhedges Posted December 15, 2012 Report Share Posted December 15, 2012 It's cold rather than damp in my opinion. Moisture wouldn't find its way out of a cartridge just by putting a box on the radiator for a bit before you go shooting but it would take the chill off. I also understand that the Proof House warms cartridges before testing to get them to burn hotter and so cleaner because the pressures will then be higher.
