Mungler
What's the score / latest regarding the mail order / delivery of airguns in the UK. What are the proposed legislation changes (these may have already happened - I am not following it) and when do they / have they come into effect? dazzyboi
As far as i know you can still send air rifles through the post (sub 12ft lbs) as there are still plenty of online retailers of airguns floating about...
pin
Ok at the moment... http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/l...xt/60522-10.htm Interesting reading, seems the home office want to ban it, the lords keep blocking it.
trakker01
DO NOT, i say DO NOT ORDER GUN OR ANY THING FROM RAMSBOTTOMS..KEIGHLEY.. there is no feed back if any thing goes wronG!!, they pass you on to the manufacturer!! The costs & delays, postage etc, cost you more than from any shop..they just say ,"it from the manufacturer, they have it covered " & there is no one in keighley, who can deal with it ...The pass over treatment.. Also the quality is of a second's' !! slight marks & faults... BE AWARE ...VERY AWARE..
Theskyfox
I mail order most of my bits as its much cheaper than my local airgun centre which is a total ripoff. I get them from BAR (airgun buyer)...as far as I know theres no problems at the moment with mail ordering. I can definately reccommend BAR as a helpful and knowledgeable supplier =) -Andrew
