robbiep
For starters, why not join in on the forum. First post looking to buy. Contribute a little. There is a section for 'Wanted' - but it's restricted to people who have been here a while Or you could go to ... gunwatch.co.uk - that's the sister site to here. Members and some trade. too guntrader.co.uk - big, national, thousands of guns gunstar.co.uk - lots again ukgunroom.com - smaller site, not so much choice Or phone up your local gunshops, and ask if they've got anything in With 3 or 4 minutes work, I found this : http://www.guntrader.co.uk/Guns-For-Sale/Beretta_Shotgun_687_For-Sale_130119134016736 - nice looking gun or this : http://www.guntrader.co.uk/Guns-For-Sale/Beretta_Shotgun_686-SPECIAL_For-Sale_121224112246009 - closer to you or this : http://www.gunstar.co.uk/Shotgun/Beretta-686-S-gun-for-sale-gs117121.aspx or this : http://www.gunstar.co.uk/Shotgun/Beretta-S-686-gun-for-sale-gs72624.aspx

Ears
i have had a few twentys in my time. Decent only one, caesar guerini. By that i mean decent to shoot with. they wear out fast and dont hold there money very well. defo Browning over beretta though. A six pound 20 bore is like trying to shoot with a whip, waste of time. MrsP has a lovely Silver Pigeon in 20g, 28" barrels, shortened stock, and shoots with it very nicely. Just because you can't shoot with one, it doesn't mean they are useless. She got one of those because she learnt using one and likes the way it handles, the place where she had shooting lessons uses exactly the same guns, but fixed chokes, so a few years old. They don't seem to be worn out though.
