If you're shooting the FORESHORE I'd go with Gamebore Mammoth Steel 3 1/2' 42g BBs (assuming your gun is a super magnum). If not, use a heavy load of bismuth or tungstun (3s or larger). I quite like Eley Alphamax. If you're flight lining INLAND consider RC40 or RC50 in 2s. If your decoying INLAND (at sensible ranges) you can use anything from lead 36g 4s upwards.
