chrisjpainter
If anyone out there is after some new bins, then I can recommend the Bushnell elite 8x42, which Uttings.co.uk are selling for about £350, down from over £750. They're absolutely superb. I've had mine about six months and use them for bird watching as well as hunting and they're perfect. You won't find better for less. They aren't quite Swarovski standard, but not far off and they've survived a pretty torrid life well enough so far! BaK-4 roofs prisms, ED lenses, diopter adjustment dial, everything you want in a rugged yet pretty lightweight casing. wymberley
Good kit. If you can't stretch to those £s, the rubberised Legend Ultra HD is a good roughy toughy bit of kit as well. Can't fault my 8x42.
