Blackpowder
Hi to all the farmer members on here, I have just found out a fail safe method for keeping pigeons off winter oil seed rape. Forget about your gas guns, flying hawks, orange flags or any other pigeon scaring device. No the answer is set up a hide then in front of it on the OSR crop carefully make a pattern with shell decoys. Gaurenteed 90% that no pigeon will look near to that field. Just done that two mornings running where the plants were being devasteted, it is a good pigeon farm one of the best I have in fact. Yesterday several small flocks flew past with total disdain. Today did not even see a pigeon - roll on seed time. Blackpowder
