I bought a guardian leather slip off eBay and it was terrible so I sent it back which cost me an extra £12.50. Had one made by croots in the end and I'm really happy with it, they threw in the engraving free. A little more expensive but should last 20 years plus. And your local shop should get them much cheaper than their website.

Is it a dark leather slip as I was about to offer up a nubuck leather matching slip and cartridge bag for £120 posted that will be cleaned and waterproofed which I've had for 6 months. I don't need them any more as I have bought a Harrison Slip Stand.

Try Phil Ogden.

I had a gun slip, game bag and cartridge bag made by Phil. Fantastic quality, all hand made in the UK by Phil. I saw him at the game show and his leather slips were selling like hot cakes. I even bought her indoors a tweed bag.
